I received wig and had to fix the bangs. They were all the way to the tip of my nose. The part was over processed. You can tell by the roots. Will not be ordering again. The wig sits in my closet. Buyer beware!

Regarding the bangs, we intentionally cut them longer on the Ava wig to allow for customization based on each customer’s preference. As for the part about overbleached knots, we were unaware of this issue, and we would love the opportunity to resolve it for you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
