Where are you located?

I'm located in Miami, FL

I live in the area can I just drop off the hair or pick up my wig from you?

I no longer offer local drop off/pick up. Any hair/wig needed to be dropped off will have to shipped to me. Any wig orders will have to be shipped to you regardless if you live in the area.

Can your wigs be worn glueless?

Yes, All our wigs can be worn glueless. Pick the option to add an adjustable band for extra wig security.

Will the wig come ready to wear?

Yes, ALL our wigs comes FULLY customized. Meaning pre-plucked hairline, bleached knots, preferred styling, & wig security.

When will my wig be shipped?

As soon as you place an order for pre-order or custom wigs. It takes 7-17days processing time. That does not include weekends or holidays. Quality takes time and I will not rush. If you have things coming up please plan accordingly.

I already submitted my order. But I don't want to wait. How do I cancel my order?

Contact us via Email with your order number & let us know you'd like to cancel. Please note you have 24hours from the time you submit your order to cancel for any reasons. A FULL refund will be issued. However AFTER 24 hours if you wish to cancel order for whatever reasons you will be refunded 50% of what you paid.

for example:

Order is placed July 7th at 10AM for $300 || If you contact me AFTER the 24 hours time frame you will be refunded $150.
