  1. Q: Are your wigs glueless?
    A: Yes! All My Wig Stash units can be worn glueless. They come fully customized with pre-plucked hairlines, bleached knots, and styled so you can just cut the lace and go.

 

  1. Q: What’s the difference between ready-to-ship and pre-order wigs?
    A: Ready-to-ship wigs are already made and ship out fast. Pre-order wigs are made just for you after purchase and take up to 14 business days to complete.

 

  1. Q: How long does it take to receive a pre-order wig?
    A: Pre-order wigs take up to 14 business days, not including weekends or holidays. This time allows for payment processing, hair delivery from our vendor, and custom wig construction.

 

  1. Q: How fast do ready-to-ship wigs ship?
    A: Ready-to-ship wigs are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped immediately. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

 

  1. Q: Do you offer same-day services?
    A: Yes! We offer same-day wig services for clients in Miami-Dade and Broward County, FL. Email us before ordering to confirm same-day availability.

 

  1. Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
    A: Yes, local in-person pickup is available! Just select the pickup option at checkout and follow the instructions sent after your order.

 

  1. Q: Can I customize my pre-order wig?
    A: Absolutely! You can choose your length, lace type, texture, and style during the pre-order process. Customizations ensure the wig is made just how you like it.

 

  1. Q: What kind of hair do you use?
    A: We use high-quality 100% human hair. Each wig is made with 3 bundles and a matching lace closure or frontal. Extra bundles can be added by request.

 

  1. Q: Can I add an extra bundle to my wig?
    A: Yes! When placing your pre-order, you’ll see an option to add an extra bundle if you want a fuller look.

 

  1. Q: What’s your return or exchange policy?
    A: Due to the custom nature of our wigs, all sales are final. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

 

  1. Q: What if there’s a problem with my wig?
    A: If you notice an issue, it must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. After 72 hours, additional fees apply—even if the issue was on our end.

 

  1. Q: Do I have to cut the lace myself?
    A: Most ready-to-ship wigs come with lace uncut so you can customize your fit. If you need the lace pre-cut, send us a message before ordering to confirm.

 

  1. Q: Do you offer install services?
    A: No, we currently do not offer install services. All of our wigs are made to be easy and glueless so you can install them yourself or take them to your stylist.

 

  1. Q: Can I request a specific style?
    A: For pre-orders, yes! You can request curls, crimps, sleek straight styles, and more. Include your desired style when customizing your order.

 

  1. Q: Do your wigs fit all head sizes?
    A: Our wigs are made to fit average head sizes (21.5”–23”). If you need a specific cap size, leave a note at checkout or email us right after ordering.

 

  1. Q: How do I maintain my wig?
    A: Store your wig on a mannequin head, wash every 2–3 weeks with sulfate-free products, and use heat protectant when styling with hot tools.

 

  1. Q: Can I bleach or dye the wig?
    A: Yes, our human hair wigs can be dyed or bleached, but we recommend having a professional colorist do it for best results and longevity.

 

  1. Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: Not at the moment. We currently only ship within the U.S., but international shipping is something we’re working on adding soon!

 

  1. Q: Do you have payment plans?
    A: Yes! We offer Shop Pay and other installment options at checkout, so you can pay in 4 interest-free payments.

 

 


  1. Q: How often do you drop new ready-to-ship wigs?
    A: We release new ready-to-ship collections once a month, each with a unique theme and limited quantities. Make sure you’re signed up for email alerts!
