Payment Policy

We do not accept cash payments. All payments must be made through our website or via invoice for secure transactions.

Sending in Your Own Bundles

For a full look, please send in 3-4 bundles of hair. If you’re requesting a bob wig, you can send 2-3 bundles. Please note that lace is not included in our service at this time. Hair must be received within 1-2 weeks of payment; otherwise, your order will be canceled. Keep in mind that not all hair or lace bleaches, colors, or curls the same.

Sending in Your Own Wig

If you’re purchasing the ‘Wig Customization’ service, your wig must be in new condition. Used wigs should be sent under our ‘Wig Revamp’ service. Wigs must be sent within 1-2 weeks of placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We now offer local pickup options for clients in the Broward and Dade county areas. Please select your preference at checkout. All packages are shipped through UPS or USPS, and shipping typically takes 1-4 business days. Once the carrier has your package, we are no longer responsible for it. For shipping inquiries, please contact UPS or USPS directly. Allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for updates.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Next business day

Custom Wig Orders: 14 business days (excluding weekends)

Pre-Order Wigs: 14 business days (excluding weekends)


Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on wig purchases—no exceptions.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will receive a 50% refund.

Example: If your order was placed on July 7th at 10 AM for $300, and you cancel after the 24-hour window, you will be refunded $150.


What Happens If Something Is Wrong With My Wig??

If there’s an issue with your wig due to an error on our end, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will resolve the problem free of charge. However, if the issue is on the customer’s end, an additional fee will apply regardless of the 72-hour window. After the 72-hour window, any issue—whether on our end or the customer’s—will require an additional fee for adjustments.
