PROCESSING TIME: 7-17 business days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKEND & HOLIDAYS)

ALL pre-order wigs take 7-17 business days turnaround time. As soon as you place your order, it take 1-2 days for the payment to process. Hair is ordered & take up to 5-7 days to be received from my vendor. Once hair is received, we will start on your unit. You will receive an email confirmation when your unit has been shipped.

To ensure great quality we do not accept any rush orders. If you need a wig soon as possible, please go under ‘ready to ship’ and select an option from there.

Each wig is made with 3 bundles and matching lace. If you order 22inch wig it will be 22,22,20 inch bundles & 18inch closure or frontal. If you need an extra bundles added to your wig please choose it from the selection.

REFUNDS
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS THAT WILL BE GIVEN OUT FOR ANY WIG PURCHASES! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

CANCELLATIONS

You have 24hours from the time you submit your order to cancel for any reasons. A FULL refund will be issued. However AFTER 24 hours if you wish to cancel order for whatever reasons you will be refunded 50% of what you paid.

Order is placed July 7th at 10AM for $300 || If you contact me AFTER the 24 hours time frame you will be refunded $150.
